Ensenada Apartments Second Floor

This project explores the expansion of an existing single-story apartment in Ensenada, Mexico into a two-story multi-unit residential complex. The design introduces two additional units while maintaining a functional and cohesive layout with the original structure.

The project focuses on spatial efficiency, circulation, and the integration of new and existing elements within a limited footprint. Developed in Revit, the design uses 3D modeling to visualize the overall form and organization of the building. Working in metric units added an additional layer of consideration to the design process, influencing proportions and spatial relationships throughout.
